Ancillary Service

The work of the TRESU Service department is made before, during and after a purchase. As early as the planning phase of a new installations TRESU Service staff is working with you to ensure a smooth and well planned installation.

Our service staff has the latest technology to ensure that the work is done professionally, and that it meets your expectations. To us service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
TRESU Ancillary has a service department in Denmark consisting of 5 specialised service technicians.  We also have service representatives through out the rest of Europe: England, Germany and Italy. In America we have a Service department in Dallas, Texas, our service technicians are based in California, Arizona, Dallas and Atlanta. In Asia we have service representatives in Japan and China.

All of this is to ensure a fast and reliable help when you are in need. Our service technicians are all fully trained and updated with the latest knowledge. This ensures that installation, repairs and maintenance are done professionally.

The TRESU Service Team is happy to assist you in case of breakdown, repairs and maintenance. The Service Team is directly connected to our worldwide Engineering Group that will help you with information and recommendations for special requests.
